The Lodge on Hatley Farm was originally an 1800-acre farm at one point dating back to the late
nineteenth century, complete with a large-scale dairy operation and tractor dealership, not to
mention also the gathering spot for all of the local farmers to gather on the front porch taking in
the serenity of the landscape. This property is now home to a rustic event center where
thousands can enjoy God’s beauty and peaceful surroundings in this country setting. The
staple heirloom silo which towers over the property, lights up to embark on beauty creating a view
and pleasantly greets patrons as they enter the property of The Lodge on Hatley Farm.
In 2023, The Lodge under new ownership of Earnhardt Farms, underwent major renovations to
enhance the beauty and create upgrades to the property including doubling the size of the
outdoor pavilion which can accommodate guests of 200-400 pending arrangement. The
space serves as outdoor dining for receptions, and a dance floor, and also serves to create a covered
outdoor wedding or party venue for the unexpected weather while allowing guests to take in the
full view of the serene country setting with 2 ponds and a waterfall in the backdrop.
In addition to the pavilion, the new owners also left no stone unturned when enhancing the
details, by adding elegant chandeliers to the indoor Lodge, expanding the restrooms, adding an
outdoor bar.
There is an onsite prep kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, and ice-making capabilities.
There are two spring-fed lakes that provide the perfect backdrop for any outdoor event and a
waterfall that creates the perfect sound of nature, which is especially ideal for photographs and
video recordings.
The old milk processing house has now been converted into a sweet little bridal cottage
with mini chandeliers, and a full-length mirror for catching the moments of creating your
special day. The cottage includes a shower, private water closet live-edge countertops for the
bride, and bridesmaids dressing vanity. To enhance the day’s activities, there is a
refrigerator to chill your mimosas and a microwave for meal prep. This space is designed to
allow the bride and her guest to begin the celebration early and space to create those
unforgettable moments with your besties by your side.
The groomsman cottage is the perfect “man cave” complete with a smart TV, deer and fish
mounts on the walls, antler chandeliers, and a foosball table. Also provided is a
great hangout area next door with a swing bed for rest, or to share your favorite beverage
amongst friends.
Added outdoor amenities include two real wood fire pits and cornhole boards to share
memorable stories and hang out with friends. The spacious grounds also allow for taking a
walk, fishing with the guys, and enjoying quiet reflection and nature in all its glory.
There is a lovely spring house on the property where former owners of the property kept their
food cool and fresh during the long winter months and hot summers which has now been
renewed to create the perfect spot for a bridal tea luncheon, or a special space for the bride and
groom to share private vows. The row of coon dog cabins is currently under restoration to
convert them into private overnight sleeping accommodations for those who would like to stay
on the premises.
